Share Your Vet Story

While this blog is mostly about my vet stories, there are hundreds of other vets, vet nurses, vet students and vet customers out there with stories of their own that are worth sharing. Most people don’t have the time to maintain a blog on their own, which is why you’re invited to share your story on this blog too.

Whether you would like to be a regular writer or a once off, you can share your story here, we’d love to read it.

A few things you need to do:

• Write your story
• Give yourself an alias (eg, Dr Ferox)
• Make sure you can’t identify any person, clinic or animal in your story. (eg, not naming people by their real name, describing clinics as “A small animal clinic in the suburbs of the city” or “a morbidly obese labrador”)
• Find an image. If you have a photo you want to use, make sure it doesn’t identify anyone or the animal (unless it’s your own, or you have specific permission to do so). You may also want an avatar image if you plan to be a regular writer.
